The mansion is pretty solitary, with huge grounds which lead up to the building from the street. It doesn't look like the friendliest of place, but it's architecturally astounding. The building, though it has just been created, looks like it's about two hundred years old, dating back to the Romantic period with such markings as lavish stonework, gargoyles and a single turret towards the back.

::Paige and Azura orb in just inside the gate. She steps onto the street and looks around.::

"Okay, I have no idea where we are."

:: Azura turns in a small circle, amazed by the size of the grounds.::

"The schools I went to had this sort of setting."

"Yeah? Well, I don't know if that'll bring back good or bad memories, but now at least you have some good memories of getting your own back."

::She smiles at Azura and links arms with her, taking her bag and walking into the grounds.::

::Luke pulls up at the curb, staring at the large house. It immediately gives him a creepy vibe.::

"I hope that this isn't your home because it's rather frightening."

::He says, looking back to Petunius.::

::Petunius stares at the creepy mansion and shudders involuntarily.::

"Maybe I'm related to this city's version of The Munsters and am some sort of loner? It'd explain why not a single person recognised me from all those other mansions we tried."

::He unbuckles his seat belt and climbs out of the car, before staring at the mansion some more.::

"So...I should probably go try it then..."

"I'll join you. It really doesn't look that safe for anyone to go up there alone, you know."

::He looks back at the dog.::

"I'll bring the dog as well. Can't leave it behind on its own."

(I really need to check the gender of it so I can stop calling it "it".)

::Petunius nods and glances at the dog, not really caring about it at the moment.::

"Yeah okay. You know, I know your name and since I can't find any kind of ID on me, I should probably just give myself a name. At least until someone recognises me. Plus you won't have to refer to me as 'hey you!'."

"How about 'Ricky'? For some crazy reason, you look like a Ricky."

::Luke examines the dog, trying to determine its gender.::

"Unless you want a unique name like the name of some Soviet Union leader."

"Ricky? Um no thanks. And no 'unique' names either. I know exactly what I'm gonna name myself. I think I'll name myself...Norman."

"'Norman'?"

::Luke shrugs, not really caring either way.::

"Whatever works. Let's just get this over with."

::He leads "Norman" to the grounds, carrying the dog with him.::

::Luke opens the door, placing the dog in the back seat. Seeing Petunius already in the passenger's seat, Luke hops in and the car skids over to the police station, narrowly missing the hounds.::

:: Azura appears and then walks at a quick pace to the grounds.::

"Cheers."

::Jasmine murmurs to the cabbie and hands him fifty dollars.::

"Keep the change. Sorry it's not much but I'm in a hurry."

::It was a high bill to get out here. As the taxi leaves, Jasmine looks up and takes in the building in front of her.::

"Woah..."

::Respectfully, she walks through the gates and closes them behind her, making her way through the grounds.::

::The large gates open and a man directs the several lorries to drive into the grounds.::

::Sera makes her way through the gates and looks back through the bars at the mansion a last time. She slicks the rain out of her face before walking off.::

::Sera's expression is dull when she returns, dragging her feet and looking like a refugee out of some really wet and dirty hell. Shivering slightly, she makes her way to the grounds.::

"... punch her stupid face in."

::Jasmine has been muttering in this vein for the whole walk from the mansion to here. It's about five minutes' walking. She opens the door for Sharon and hops into the car behind her.::

"Right, I am not going to let that woman ruin my day. Just because I'm the only one that sees she's a conniving slutbag who wouldn't know character if Mickey Mouse came and smacked her in the face why should I let it get to me?"

"... yes."

::Sharon knows Jasmine doesn't need much more input than the occasional 'mm' when she's ranting, so she just lets the psychic get on with it as the car pulls away to the front entrance of Black Point Apartments.::

::Meredith pays the driver and she, Paz and Sera hop out.::

"Why neither the two of you can orb... let's go!"

::They ruuuuun in, search, and find Paige's chamber.::

:: Finally she's home! Being orbed around is so much more convienent. Not that she really goes too many places besides work. She finishes the last stretch to the mansion and heads inside to the hallway.::

:: Lirie arrives at the street entrance, staring at the looming building which stands beyond the grounds. It doesn't look all that friendly, but she can understand how the creepy veneer might warn off curious riffraff. ::

(Well, it's no Hogwarts, but I ain't Scarhead, so I guess...)

:: She makes her way onto the grounds, staring about her in fascination. ::

"Ho ho ho!"

::Santa screams his war cry as he and his reindeer team fly over the boundary of the mansion and into the grounds.::

:: From here, zura heads to the Golden Gate Park entrance.::

::Aidan heads to the mall.::

::Melinda leads Harrumph, the unicorn, to the gates. She smiles at him, wanting to go for a walk outside the school grounds.::

"Do you want to go out?"

::Harrumph makes a horsie noise and shakes his head rapidly, his mane flipping from side to side.::

"Oh come ooon!"

::Melinda moves to Harrumphs hindquarters and starts shoving.::

"Nnnnnngh!"

::Paige orbs in, arms folded. She clears her throat.::

::Melinda stops pushing and looks meekly at her mother.::

"Mom."

::She suddenly transforms into her younger self.::

"Hi."

"Oh, don't you play cutesy with me. That just shows you know you were doing something bad."

"We weren't going to go far!"

"You're not going to go anywhere."

::Leo orbs in, grinning when he sees Melinda.::

"Hey, Melinda!"

::Seeing the opportunity to make Paige pay for taking away her fun, Melinda squeals with delight and runs over to Leo, hugging him with all her weight.::

"Dad!"

(Stupid kid...)

"Wow, what a welcome!"

::Leo lifts Melinda up and holds her tightly, glowing with pleasure.::

"How's my little girl?"

"I missed you."

::Melinda wraps her arms around Leo's neck and hugs him.::

::Paige rolls her eyes at the display, but she's jealous already.::

"What ever."

::Quietly does it.::

::Leo chuckles, kissing the side of Melinda's head. He turns so he can see Paige better.::

"You two been having fun, huh?"

::He jiggles Melinda slightly, then nods at Paige to indicate he wants to say something more than random chat.::

"I was thinking I might take Mel with me to see some charges. You know, show her what I do."
