::Ezra will suddenly find himself here after, well, nothing. He can't remember. He will remember for a long time the mighty whack from a stick he's about to receive! Peebles approaches and gives Ezra a mighty whack with his stick.::

::Is mightily whacked.::

"Watch it!"

::He jumps to his feet, annoyance plain across his features.::

"Careful with that stick, old man!"

"Yeah, yeah. What do you want, whelp?"

::Ezra stands up, dusting himself off.::

"To know why the hell I'm here, perhaps? And where is here anyway?"

"None of your business."

:: Peebles takes one good long look at Ezra.::

(Pathetic.)

"So you're a warlock eh? Just what The Source needs."

:: The saracasm is obvious.::

"Warlock?"

::Quizzical look.::

"Whatever. Does it come with anything? Can I... Cast spells?"

"No. Rituals for you. With being a warlock comes the power of blinking, and energy balls."

:: Peebles doesn't explain straight away because he's like that.::

"Blinking is how you get yourself around, bold where you're going, or else. Hear me? Energy balls you form in your hands. Got it? You better because I want you out of here, rat."

::Ezra focuses hard, squinting at the area behind Peebles, then blinks there. He taps him on the soulder, then blinks back.::

"I think so... And the 'Energy Balls'? Do I just focus on making one, or can I just pull them out of nowhere?"

"You go like this, kid."

::Peebles holds out his palm and an energy ball grows into life, crackling with blue energy. He then throws it at the wall.::

"It might take you a moment to summon them, and they might not be hight voltage when you start, but you'll get the hang of them. They draw directly from your magical energy too, so if you make too many in a short period of time they'll get weaker and it'll be very draining."

"Wicked..."

::He creates an energy ball of his own, liking the pweddy bloo light it makes. Closing his hand, he snuffs it out.::

"So. How do I get out of here?"

"That way."

::Peebles whacks Ezra with his stick towards a large portal which leads to the forest.::

"Hurry up."

"Yes, fine, whatever. Easy with the stick."

::Ezra steps though the portal, scowling, to the Forest.::
