This chamber dips in the middle to form a concave floor, like an upside-down hill. The ground is very smooth and the sides of the concave are steep, so if you go down into the middle, it'll be hard to get out. However, if you want to go through any of the other doors in the room, you'll need to. What you don't know is that most of them are drop-tunnels to the chute. There's also a deep hole in the middle.

::Dante sticks to the edge, not liking the look of the dip in the room. He frowns at the doorways, wondering if they all just led to other passages, and sighs::

"Hateful pyramid."

::Luke enters ahead with Aidan, Veronica and Dar. He eyes the dip in frustration and takes Dante's cue, also remaining at the edge.::

"Well this looks perfectly safe, let's all just roll down into the middle and wait for an acid pit to open up underneath us."

"Happy slide gone wrong."

::Aidan looks down the slope and worries slightly, worried Veronica might push him down.::

::Veronica would totally push Aidan down, but she's too drained from overusing her power. She sits down to rest while the others decide what to do.::

"Aidan, go check out those doors."

"Er..."

::Aidan walks up to one door and cautiously pulls it open, and as it opens, his body shifts to air before any uglies can jump out at him. However, he can see there is just a complete drop, upon looking inside, as air. He re-forms to close it.::

"That was like, a drop."

"Uh. Okay... try another one."

::He moves to another door, a little further from them and repeats the same process, finding it to be another drop. He closes the door and turns around.::

"Another."

::He looks to the concave floor.::

"Guess it's one drop or the other."

::Luke narrows his eyes slightly at Aidan's halfhearted attempts.::

"I refuse to believe that. Just keep on trying the other ones until you find something."

"You try the doors your side."

(Not your slave. Miss Paz.)

::He continues to try the doors, avoiding drops where needed.::

[Hey, look! There's a mummy!]

"Mummy!"

::Aidan hops back and runs around the edge a little, to get some distance, pointing wildly.::

::The mummy steps past the threshold of the doorway and groans.::

"Well you could've shut the bloody door!"

"Get back over here and let it fall through the middle!"

"Mummy!"

::Aidan is almost frozen in place with fear.::

"Killit! Killit!"

"Aidan! Move!"

(Scared!)

::Aidan takes the other route around the chamber and finds his way to Dar, hiding behind her.::

::The mummy stumbles towards the valiant heroes and ends up falling down the slope and rolling into the middle of the room where it flops around on its back for a while.::

"Hahahahah!!!"

::He points at the mummy.::

"Let's see what happens."

::Rolls around.::

::Dar finds the whole thing far more disturbing than comical.::

[From each of the two square-shaped holes in the ceiling, a huge boulder like the ones the heroes were almost squished by before drops. One lands on top of the mummy, pulverising it and the two start to roll around the chamber, rolling up the sides and back down again at angles so they cover the whole of the ground they're rolling around. Like a deadly spirograph? Is that a good way to describe it?]

::The jackal stops behind everybody and howls loudly, before swinging his staff at Luke.::

::The staff smacks Luke across his head and he slips down the slope.::

"We're all going to die!"

::Aidan grabs hold of Dar and the both of them turn to air, for her protection. He stays like this for now, unsure how long he can hold it, probably about half the time he can normally.::

::Veronica, who'd been sitting right on the very edge of the pit, turns and sees the jackal when Luke suddenly falls past her. She pretty much jumps down after him. Landing, she turns around and shouts up.::

"Dante!"

::She turns to Luke.::

"Get up!"

::She looks fearfully at the boulders. It won't be long before one rolls over where they're standing.::

::Luke groans and looks up to see Veronica. He manages to also see the incoming boulders. Luke gets up and tries to move himself and Veronica out of the boulders' paths.

::Deciding he needs to act, he appears with Dar, away from the boulder and Jackal, at an edge. He runs down as fast as he can and swoops in to grab Veronica and Luke, he turns the three to air and slowly manages to get them to a side. But this drains him a lot more than just one person. But at least they're safe for now, on the opposite side to Dar. Aidan breaths heavily.::

[Poor Aidan aired them directly into the path of a boulder.]

::And they're air again! Stupid PTB. Aidan slowly, with a lot of effort, makes them appear with Dar and himself, but stumbles and falls to the ground, tired now.::

"Tired..."

::Luke groans and holds his head, currently dizzy from Aidan's rescue attempt as well as from the staff attack.::

::Veronica flops down beside Aidan, feeling shitty herself and completely messed up because of his power.::

"Dante... stop the boulder..."

::He says, unable to stand quite yet, he can if he wants with effort, but he needs to recover for a few moments. Dante is their only hope!::

::Dante's getting attacked by the jackal!::

::Dante uses Sharon as a shield and blasts at the Jackal, not exploding it but knocking it into the wall. He runs around the top of the room away from it and stares at the boulder, not knowing what to do. He holds his hand out and locks onto telekinesis, focusing all of his power of stopping the boulder from moving. His head is beginning to ache by now and Sharon's fatass isn't helping matters either::

::The boulder slows down to about a third of its speed. So it's still crushworthy, but you have a few more seconds now.::

"Let's just run out of the door and deal with the dog there!"
