::Peebles waits around for Charlotte to appear and, when she does, hits her with his stick.::

::Charlotte looks repulsed for a moment, stepping away from the... man, turning up her nose.::

"Are you lost at all?"

"Are you?"

::Peebles curls his lip at her.::

"You look as dumb as a post. Do you need me to explain your 'power' to you, you swot?"

"If it means you still have a purpose to your life, you can explain. It is your job after all."

"Clearly you're as smart as you look. Your ability is the very essence of 'watch and learn'. If you see a body do something that you are capable of doing because of your physique, you are able to mimic that body and the skills you have just seen become available to you."

::The old man puts his stick to the floor and leans heavily on it with a weary sigh.::

"So you could learn every type of fighting under the sun just by seeing someone do it. I recommend seeking out a warlock named Julie. You could learn the art of seduction by watching the movements of someone good at it. I do not recomment hunting a demon named Moony. God, no. And so on. Perhaps you will see a cat leap a height and wish to attempt that, and it may work, have you the human ability to do so."

::He pauses to let that sink in, but there's more to say.::

"Simply perfect."

::He lips curl into a smile, thinking of all she could do. She notes the names Julie and Moony.::

"Are we done?"

::Peebles is about to say something else, but then decides against explaining properly.::

"Only that to bear in mind this is a physical power only. Cognitive acceleration will come, perhaps, as a progressions, amongst other things."

::Having been somehow subdued for most of that, Peebles gets his 'tude back and hits Charlotte across the shin.::

"Now get out of my sight! Head up the cave for the beach and down for the cavern."

::She shakes her leg a little and composes herself.::

"What better to do than celebrate the Source's wonderful decision than to toast to his honour."
