[Three lights twist out of the sky and converge on the floor to form Methos]

::Methos staggers to his feet.::

"Where am I?"

::Erin walks up behind Methos and then around to his front. She waves her arms mysteriously at him.::

"You're in the other world..."

::Methos looks puzzeled.::

"Other world? Who the hell are you?"

::Erin leans back and puts her hands to her chest, looking affronted.::

"Hi, I'm Methos, pleased you meet you. And you are...?"

::She holds out her hand to shake, but takes it away. That's what a polite person would do. She gives him a sour stare, obviously displeased with his attitude.::

::Methos rubs his eyes and shakes his head, tryign to wake up.::

(Am I dead?)

::Methos shakes his head again.::

"I'm sorry for being rude, I'm kind of confused. How'd you know my name?"

"If I'm being honest?"

::Erin smiles.::

"Magic, of course."

::She chuckles and then relaxes.::

"I'm Erin, your... guide for the beginning of your journey."

::Methos runs a hand through his hair, he still seems confused.::

"Magic?"

"Magic. You have it. Witch. That's what you are."

::She leans in close and looks around in a conspiritorial manner::

"Do you want to know what your special power is?"

"I have a power?"

(What did I eat for lunch? Bad take out?)

"Yes. Triple Blast. You can send out three golf ball sized energy balls which lock onto a target of your choice and fly at them no matter what."

::Methos looks down at his hands.::

"How's it work?"

"You hold out your hand and focus on it. Imagine energy forming into the balls in your hand."

::Methos concentrates on the palm of his right hand, willing energy to form.::

"Can I target three different things at once?"

"No. Not yet anyway. Also the balls appear at will, so don't bold it. Pick your target and throw. The balls will fly toward the target regardless of the amount of force you put into them, up to a range of... 15 metres to start with. If someone hides behind a door or a wall then the balls will fly into that. They don't have the strength to follow complicated directions yet."

"Cool, anything else I need to know about this power of mine?"

"Don't eat your balls."

::Methoos gives a laugh.::

"So what now? I go play superman?"

"You don't reveal your magic to people. Not unless you find other magical people, and even then be careful. You can go there or there."

::She gestures to two portals. One leading to the CW Apartments and the other to the Beach::

"Apartment block where you'll end up living or the beach."

"Thanks."

::Methos takes the portal to the CW Apartments.::
