Looking for something in particular? State the name, or qualities, of what it is, and the Book may locate the information for you. Note: may. But you really shouldn't be touching the Book if you're not a Halliwell... and remember, Evil cannot touch this magical Book.

::Paige clumps up the stairs and hopes Vince saw where she was going, that is, if he decided to follow her.::

(Some company that isn't a frantic sister or brother would be nice, and Vince is about as cool as they come.)

::She gets out the scrying map and a crystal, before sitting and staring uselessly at the map.::

::Vince walks up the stairs and then straight over to Paige. From the look on her face she wasn't in the mood for cool wit and lighthearted flirting. He kneels next to her and stares at the map and crystal, then up into her eyes::

"I take it this is going to help us find Piper? I'm just hazy on what this actually is."

"It's called scrying. What you do is, take this crystal, and hold it over the map..."

::She does so as she speaks, slowly moving the crystal through the air.::

"And focus really hard on who, or what, you're looking for. Like right now, I'm concentrating on Piper."

::Vince watches the crystal smack down onto the map and nods his head with a smile::

"That's nifty. Can you take us there? Doing that light thing you do? We disapear and reappear there, then kill that demon and save Piper. Then who knows where things will lead after that?"

::He gives her the tinest of winks and stands up::

::Paige chuckles at Vince's gesture, and thinks for a moment.::

"We have to go tell Phoebe and Leo. And uh, make some sort of action plan. It's rarely a good idea to just go charging in somewhere because the bastard will probably be expecting us."

::She sighs.::

"But I don't know what to do. From the sounds of it, he's already done something to her... but even then, it's not like she's totally useless either! She has her powers... doesn't she?"

"Well he did say 'you'll never see her again, love'. It sounds to me like he's not expecting you to be coming after him. Because he would be near Piper, and by going after him you'd see Piper. And I'm babbling, so..."

::Vince shrugs and looks to Paige::

"It's up to you, Ms Superwitch. And I don't see why she wouldn't have her powers."

::Phoebe enters with Petunius, and walks over to give Paige a quick squeeze around the shoulders.::

"How's it going?"

::Paige grimaces and looks solemnly at the map.::

"Grab your bucket and spade. We're heading out."

::She lifts the crystal from the map, and rolls it up so she can carry it.::

"I take it we're travelling by Paige Airlines this early morning?"

::Petunius looks around the attic for a moment before his eyes fall upon the much talked about book. He walks over to it and flips over one page, the ancient paper brushing his hand. He eyes a spell titled "The Truth Spell" and another spell to hear others thoughts, before speaking.::

"No wonder that guy wanted this thing. Look at all these spells and rituals."

::He then walks towards the group and stands next to Phoebe.::

::Leo orbs in, still sickened from Patience::

"They were no help, sent me after some witches who'd gotten beaten up by a vampire instead. What have you found out?"

"That we have to go."

::Phoebe takes Petunius' hand in hers and puts his other hand in Paige's. She then takes Paige's other hand herself. She looks at Vince.::

"You go with Leo."

::She then looks at Paige.::

"Lead the way, sis."

::Paihe looks at Vince longingly for a moment before glancing at Leo.::

"You'll follow, right?"

::Taking the map and crystal, and an athame, she orbs to the caves at the beach.::

::Leo takes Vince's arm and follows Paige to the caves at the beach::

::Paige orbs in with Vince, Phoebe and Little Piper in tow.::

"Okay! We're home. Now how do we fix the brat?"

"Twitch our noses and click our heels a few times? I've never come into contact with anything even remotely like this. Ever... why is she even like this anyway? Maybe if you found that out you could find a way to reverse it."

::Vince wipes strawberry juice off his face and narrows his eyes at Piper::

"Well I'm up for a spell!"

"Magic which our sister hurts
Become undone within these words
Whatever evil spell was cast
Will finish now, and make it fast!"

(Sure am glad I'm a powerful witch so it doesn't really matter what words I use...)

::Piper grows taller and her face matures. Seconds later, she is back to her old self.::

"What the holy fuck just happened?"

::She wipes bits of strawberry onto her pants.::

"Why am I covered in ten kinds of crap?"

"Piper! You're back!"

::Paige pulls Piper into something of a hug, then shakes herself a little.::

"What do you remember? You were, well, Piper, you've spent the last day as a child. A very small, four-year-old witch."

"Ha, very funny Paige. What time is it anyways?"

::She looks at Vince's watch and discovers that she should be halfway to P3 by now.::

"Holy crap! LEO!"

::She charges downstairs to her bedroom to get ready.::

::Petunius emerges through the magical doorway of his regeneration thread, strangely feeling as though he had undergone some kind of transformation and appears in the attic. He quickly scans the room, noticing Phoebe, Paige and Vince...but no little Piper. He briskly walks in and joins them.::

"So, what happened to mini-Piper?"

"Where the hell did you come from?"

::Paige blinks and shakes herself.::

"Well, Phoebe cast a spell... and Piper's all fine now. She's downstairs getting ready to go to the club."

"Um I got here by...magic? Innyway. Speaking of the club, shouldn't we head over there and get ready?"

::Petunius quickly averts his gaze to the Book of Shadows, not really wanting to explain the specifics about regeneration and Erin and whatnot.::

::Checking the time again, Paige nods solemnly.::

"That's a good idea I guess. We can quiz Piper later."

::She grabs a hold of everyone.::

(Sure wish we'd had time to at least take a shower...)

::She orbs them to the bar in P3.::

:: Piper enters the attic and garbs the BOS, going back down to the living room ::

::Piper, Petunis, Paige and Carys orb in and Paige immediately pushes the other two witches back::

"Crystals! Circle!"

::5 crystals appear in a circle around Carys, and a strong cage of crystal buzzes up from the ground, entrapping the vampire in tapering bars of magic::

"Looks like I caught me a Vampire!"

::Petunius grins from ear to ear as Paige entraps Carys within the magical cage.::

"Wow. That kicked so much ass. Any chance you can teach me how to do that?"

"Well not the orbing part, obviously, but I'm sure I can give you a crash course in crystal management sometime."

"Excellent."

::Petunius turns his attention to the still frozen Carys. He raises his eyebrow in curiousity at the sight of the still life form.::

"So how long will she stay that way for?"

::Vince arrives and walks over to Paige, staring at Carys for a second::

"Wow, you caught one. What is it? And why is it here?"

"That's our target. Carys. We're gonna engage in some good old fashion torturing for information. Once she wakes up, that is."

[You damn kids and your crazy spells. Everyone in the house has their powers swapped around. Vince has Paige's, Piper has Petunius', Carys has Luke's, Paige has Carys', Petunius has Piper's and Luke has Vince's. Well done, Luke. Well done indeed. And no spells will help you sort this mess out. You're stuck with what you have till we say you aren't.]

::Petunius' ears perk up and he looks towards the attic door after hearing Luke shuffle around downstairs. He raises an eyebrow in suspicion and walks over to the door in order to listen better.::

"Uh, I think someone else is in the manor."

::After several minutes, the man in question enters the attic with his icy crossbow and a bottle of frozen holy water. He looks to Carys, who was contained in the crystal cage, smiling.::

"Aha! There's the bitch!"

::Petunius turns around as Luke enters, complete with an icy crossbow. He raises his eyebrow in a mixture of surprise and curiousity at how exactly he managed to get his hands on the contraption. Seeing that the exchange at the clearing obviously taught the self involved witch nothing, Petunius frowns in annoyance.::

"Alright, enough! What the hell is it with you and randomly seeking out to kill women who you think are evil demons anyway? She is an innocent. Put the goddamn toys away so we can try and fix her. After we're done with her we'll try to find a way to get you laid."

::He gesticulates wildly in Carys' direction as he gets increasingly angry. He flicks his hand out at Luke in hopes of containing him within the forcefield just until things were under control. Unfortunately, as soon as he does so an explosion quickly occurs, blowing a massive hole in the attic door. He stands there open mouthed for a long while, looking at the hole, then back down at his hands.::

"Woah. What in the name of holy hell...? What the hell's going on with my powers?"

"Randomly? You saw how drained Lenin was in the alley. That bitch did it to him...me...whatever!"

::The force of the explosion sends Luke into the book stand where the Book of Shadows would normally rest. Amazingly enough, he still had his items in his grasp.::

"So...the exchanging power spell also changed your powers, too? Oh, hell."

::He looks to the rest of the group, wondering if they were affected as well.::

"Well, what about you people? Have your special witch power, still?"

::Carys moves suddenly out of Piper's freeze, and stares around her at the attic and everyone in it::

(What the hell? How...those witches must have some pretty strong magic...)

::Reaching out in front of her, her fingers brush the edge of the crystal cage, and she jerks backwards from the shock it gives her::

(Damn witches and their stupid magic and how in hell am I supposed to get out of this?)

::Carys turns slightly and shoots a smirk at Piper and Paige, trying to cover up her nervousness, then glancing at Luke::

"Well, hi there. You feeling better? I seem to remember you owe me a meal."

::Petunius stares at Luke as he asks his question.::

"I think it's safe to assume that if I was affected and you were affected, then so is everyone else in the house. The real question is, who's got what? And how the hell do we control each others' powers?"

"Well..."

::He looks to the crossbow and concentrates on making an athame made of ice. A poof of both steam and ice flakes explode from his left hand as an icy athame is born.::

"...I have Vince's power. Does that mean that Vince can clone himself?"
