This appears to be the exact same place as the Inner Chamber, but is utterly empty.

::Paige appears.::

::Paige doesn't realise that she's the one that left and instead thinks everybody else has. Her eyes widen at the abruptness of their exit and she turns around, just checking.::

"Guys?"

::She looks for Majora. He's not around, either.::

(... I'm alone.)

::Her heart starts beating with fear. Is something going to happen to her?::

::Piper, Phoebe and Prue appear in a warm glow of light.::

"Oh, guys. I was scared for a minute there."

::Paige smiles and walks over.::

"Piper, Prue, I'm so glad you're okay."

"Hey, sweetie."

::Something's up.::

::Paige stops and looks anxious.::

"... what's the matter?"

::Piper swallows and looks at her sisters before taking a deep breath and turning back to Paige.::

"This is your test."

::Paige is quiet for a moment.::

"Oh."

"Are you... what're you doing here?"

"We're here to tell you what it is."

"And..."

::Piper slowly takes one of Paige's hands, stroking it lovingly.::

"... and say goodbye."

::Paige blinks.::

"... I'm sorry, what?"

::Prue grimaces, looking pretty upset.::

"Your..."

::She clasps her hands in front of her for a moment, not sure how to say this.::

"Majora said your test was to... well... basically, you need to stay here."

"... huh?"

"And on that condition, he'll pull back the moon and Earth will be saved."

::Paige lets her hand drop from Piper's hold and steps back.::

"Wh-"

::She has to catch her breath.::

"Stay? For good?"

::Prue casts her eyes to the floor and nods slowly.::

"..."

::Paige's eyes start to shine, but she's determined not to... god...::

"Why me?"

::Phoebe wipes her eyes and shrugs.::

"Because this would be your hardest choice to make."

::Paige's mouth is open and she starts shaking her head.::

"No... I... no!"

::She moves away from her sisters, turning away.::

"You... you expect me to accept this??"

::But she has to, doesn't she? She has to do the right thing.::

"Oh my god."

"Sweetie..."

::Phoebe sniffs, her face going red.::

"I'm so sorry."

"Sorry?"

::Paige turns around, unable to prevent herself from lashing out.::

"You just break this news to me and you're sorry? What the fuck, Phoebe? Look at this place!"

::She gestures their surroundings.::

"You want me to stay here all by myself? Never see you guys - see Azura ever again!?"

"You think we want this? Jesus, Paige, you're our sister!"

::Piper snaps back, channelling her pain into anger.::

"No, you know what? Come back. Come with us. Refuse. I mean, there has to be another way, right?"

"Piper."

::Prue puts a hand on her sister's arm.::

"You don't want to hurt her more than help her."

::She looks at Paige, trying not to show too much emotion, but it's obvious she's heartbroken. However, if Paige listens to Piper, she might make the wrong decision. They have to do the right thing, not what they selfishly want.::

::Paige is silent and turns away again, unable to prevent the pain on her face. She covers her mouth with a hand and stares at a spot on the ground.::

(Oh my god.)

::She can't believe this is happening to her. She'd have to leave everything. Everyone. Azura. The very thought wrenches her heart and her face crumples in agony, as if her current struggles with her fiancée weren't bad enough.::

::Phoebe can see the pain her sister is and walks forwards, putting a hand on her shoulder.::

"I'm so sorry, Paige."

(Don't stay. Come with us.)

"... I want to believe Piper's right..."

"It's okay."

::Paige sighs quietly, becoming pretty subdued.::

"It's not your fault."

"No, there should be something we can do."

::Prue shakes her head, disliking how Paige seems to be coming around.::

"There has to be. And we'll find it."

"Prue."

::Paige smiles sadly at her eldest sister.::

"You've always been so good to me."

"Paige, please."

::Prue turns her face away, unable to hold eye contact.::

::Paige can't help but smile. Prue's always been so... Prue about emotional situations. She lets out a quiet sigh and turns to Piper and Phoebe.::

"And you guys... well... you're the best."

"Yeah, well, we wouldn't be if it wasn't for you."

"You have brought so much to this family."

::Piper takes Paige's hands and squeezes them.::

"Yeah, well."

::Paige finds the compliments hard to take. She grimaces, unable to smile properly, and nods.::

"I guess... this is it, then."

::Piper's mouth falls open and she lets go of Paige's hands in favour of grabbing onto her and pulling her into a hug. A really, really tight hug.::

"I can't do this."

(I don't want to.)

::Paige doesn't voice how this feels so wrong to her. She has to ignore that; she has to do the right thing. And if she has to stay here, alone, without friends, lovers or family, well, then... that's what she has to do. The world is at stake.::

"I love you."

"Oh, Paige."

::Piper starts crying now, shaking in Paige's arms. She holds onto her tightly before slowly letting go, physically having to tear herself away. She turns away immediately and covers her mouth, trying not to break down.::

"Wow."

::Paige is desperately trying not to follow suit.::

"This really sucks."

"Yeah."

::Prue grimaces and moves forward, sighing as she closes her eyes and gives Paige a really, really tight hug.::

::Phoebe joins in with the hug, embracing both of her sisters with tears in her eyes. She kisses Paige's cheek a few times, trying to keep her voice understandable.::

"You are so brave."
