The Haunted House is the eyesore of Huxley Street. It's said that it's haunted because there was a terrible tragedy within its walls: a husband one night went insane and killed his wife and three children in cold blood. No motive, no apparent trigger... he just went nuts. As a result, attempts to resell have been largely unsuccessful. There have been a few people that have tried to use the house, but the outcome has never been pleasant. So it's boarded up and abandoned.
