::Once again, Petunius goes over to the stolen car, places the pouch full of potions onto the passenger seat and gets in before driving back to the magic shop::

The entrance to the dubious CW Apartment buildings. Quality is better than quantity, though this dump has neither.

::Vince runs out the door and gets the keys out of his pocket. He checks the car key and then finds the right car in the lot, a black BMW Z4 convertible::

(A... BMW?! What the hell? That asshole must spend all his money on his car and none on the less important things. Like the general upkeep of the apartments. Or himself...)

::He slips the key into the lock and gets in, marvelling at how clean and nice smelling it was inside. He starts it up and flicks the radio on, cringing as the N*Sync blares out. He puts it into gear and drives around the front of the carpark, up to the entrance, where he waits for Luke::

::As Luke approaches Vince and the black BMW, his jaw drops in shock.::

(That dirty bastard has a nice, shiny car? A BMW, no less. Why did I agree to go into his car again?)

::Luke hobbles over to the convertible, using his makeshift walking cane to walk towards it. He opens the door, seating himself slowly. His arm reaches over for the seat belt as he was very cautious about vehicular safety.::

::Ignoring Luke's obvious penchant for vehicular safety, Vince cranks the car into gear and speeds out of the car park. He drives down the road and shoots past an interesting looking shop. He quickly reverses and parks outside The magic shop::

::Petunius slams the brakes and violently parks the car on a sidewalk. He grimaces at Paz::

"Ouch. Well, what they don't know won't hurt them. Come on."

::He quickly gets out and goes into the building and waits for the elevator to come down::

::Following Petunius, who is speeding along Paz looks around::

"Y'know, that guys car isn't here, maybe he went somewhere else?"

::Paz just continues to follow Petunius and halts at the elevator waiting for it to open::

::Vince screeches to a halt and walks quickly up the steps, his boots making important sounding clacks on the cracked paving stones. He pushes the door open and heads for the elevator::

::He pauses outside the door of the Landlord's office, unsure of whether or not he should slip the keys under the door. Deciding against it he walks out of the building, not sure of where he wanted to go::

::Petunius steps out into the courtyard with Chloe in tow and finds another unattended car. Looking around to make sure no one is looking, he approaches it, takes out a small metallic device and sticks it into the door. After a jiggle here and there, the driver's door is open and he gets in to do more jiggling at the ignition slot. After a couple of seconds, the car comes to life and he gives Chloe a couple of seconds to get in before driving to the magic shop::


"Hopefully we can find some kind of healing herbs or whatnot at the magic shop so you can dress my wounds there. I'd feel better if we were in a place where we could be prepared for anything"

(Hmm. She's quite a looker. I hope that dude with the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde complex that was hitting on her before doesn't come back)

::A pause, then...::

"Oh just so you know, I don't hotwire cars on a whim"

(Except for the times that I do)

::Chloe just stands outside the car.::

"I'd rather not be an accomplice to a car theft... I think I'll walk, thanks."

::She starts to head off to the magic shop, then stops, turning back to Petunuis.::

"The shop is downtown a bit, right?"

::Petunius stops the car, gives her a thumbs up as a means of confirming the direction of the magic shop before heading off in that direction himself.

::Chloe smiles and heads off the the magic shop.::

::Last drop out of of the offices, Lirie turns back into herself and hurries to the entrance::

(Yes... that was smart! What if somebody saw you? Nya, nya, nya... shut up!)

::Quickly leaving the building in case the landlord is a light sleep and heads over to the Magic Shop::

::Lirie walks in, checking the surounding and as she spots no one, quickly consentrating, feeling the mushiness again. As she feels herself completely morphed, she slides past the landlords' office and up the stairs::

(Damned I'll be if I see that reptile again... stop inclining!!!)

::She hisses to herself as she once again unwillingly inclines to the right::

::Petunius walks in briskly and makes his way to the elevator. When it opens with a ping, he steps in and pushes in his floor number::

::Petunius walks out and strides over to the car park only to find that he has no car to speak of::

(Can't keep hijacking parked cars left, right and center. I've got to get the transportation problem fixed, stat. It's a nice enough day for a brisk walk)

::Turning away, he makes his way towards P3::

::Vince walks up the front steps and into the apartment complex::

::Walking into the building, she glances at the landlord's office and walks out. She wasn't in mood to see him again. Ever. She walks into the back alley and after a quick scan, liquidifies herself. She slips into the nearest pipe that came from the building and hurries against the stream up into her apartment. Taking the wrong pipe somewhere along the way, she ends up in Vince's Penthouse::

::Petunius pulls up, gets out of the car and walks over to the elevator::

::Still speeding, Petunius runs towards his adopted car, gets in, turns on the ignition and burns rubber towards the magic shop::

::Vince walks out the front door and tosses the Landlord's car keys in his hand for a minute. With a shrug he pockets them and decides to walk::

::Luke steps out of the CW Apartment Complex, lighting his cigarette up. He heads into the parking lot, pulling out his keys to a black 2000 BMW X5.::

(Hmm. I guess I should have told Vince that I was lying about not having a car. There had been two owners before me. The bitch I got this from said that she got it from these two sisters grieving over the owner of it. As long as she didn't get killed in this thing, I guess it's all right.)

::Using the remote keyless entry device, the doors unlock and Luke opens the door. He fastens his seat belt and places the appropriate key into the ignition. Luke puts the car in reverse, backing out of the spot. He then puts it into "drive", turning his steering wheel as he headed to Buckland Auction House to inquire about some battle axes and swords.::

::Striding in the front doorway from the direction of The Magic Shop Paz heads straight to the elevator, intending to head to his penthouse apartment::

::Petunius pulls up, gets out of the car and makes his way towards the elevator, which he enters as the doors open::

::Luke pulls the SUV into the parking lot and turns off the vehicle. He opens the hatchback door in the rear, pulling the axe and sword out. He didn't bother to conceal the weapons as he walked inside. Deciding that his legs needed to move after the long wait, Luke takes the Stairway instead of the elevator.::

::Petunius slams the brakes as he parks the car into a tight spot, while manoeuvering it with the excellence of a professional race car driver. He gets out, shuts the door and sees that Luke's SUV is parked nearby::

"His car's here. That's a good sign"

::Without waiting for a reaction from Vince, he races towards the stairway::

::Luke walks out of the apartment complex. He walks to his SUV, placing his sword in the "trunk". Before he puts the axe down, Luke looks over to Petunius' car.::

(He'll probably try to follow me. Should I? Why the hell not?)

::He walks over to Petunius' car and swings the axe at the tires. To show that there was a little bit of humanity inside of him, he leaves some money next to one of the wheels for repairs. After that, Luke walks back to his SUV and drives off to the Magic Shop.::

::Petunius runs back outside and instantly notices the slashed tires and the cash next to them. He picks it up and looks around::

(I'm tempted to believe that the tire slashing fairy left this here. That way it can compensate for my stupidity in not thinking of slashing his tires first)

"Yo, Vince. Where are you?"

::Vince kicks open the back door and climbs out from behind the back seats::

"What the fuck did Luke do that for? I was going to get out but he had an axe, and I didn't really want to hurt him with my powers. He's a psycho. I want to save Chloe just to spite him now. And I think we better get moving."

::He pulls the Landlord's keys out of his pocket and runs to the car, parked a few metres away. He gets in and swings to door open for Petunius, planning on heading after Luke::

::Petunius follows Vince and gets in::

(Nice wheels)

"Chasing Jed Clampett over there isn't the only fun thing we'll get to do now. I think a demon abducted Chloe"

"Hooray, we get to fight demons and weird southerners. Just the thing to brighten up anyone's day."

::Vince screeches around the corner heads after Luke::

::Luke arrives at the apartment complex, striding across the blackened parking lot before walking inside. Before he steps inside, he notices the two books he threw out the window. Curious, he takes them with him as he enters the building. Once again, Luke takes the option of scaling the steps in the Stairway.::

::Vince tracks Luke back to the apartment block. With no sign of Luke outside he runs through the entrance and makes his way to the elevator::

::Petunius follows closely behind and runs towards the stairway::

::Andrea wanders in and determinedly stands facing the elevator. Then the stairway.::

(Hmm... to be lazy or not to be...?)

::Seeing the elevator is one of those creepy old-fashioned ones with the doors you need to yank open yourself, Andrea plumps for the stairs.::

(Heh, 'plumps'.)

::Up she goes, in them lovely stairs.::

::Luke walks out of the front door, realizing that his car not only at the Magic Shop but was also destroyed. He turns to Andrea.::

"You wouldn't happen to have a car, would you?"

"Well actually..."

::She nods at a really crap, beat up SUV. But the fact of the matter is that it's an SUV therefore isn't crap at all.::

"Probably needs the MOT updated... about four years ago... but hey, it works!"

::Andrea gets in and starts the engine, loving the feeling of height and power she gets from the vehicle.::

"SUV, eh? I have one...it was a nice BMW. Stupid Vince and Petunius...it's destroyed and they didn't even leave any more for repairs."

::He enters the SUV, sitting in the passenger seat. Luke puts on his safety belt and locks the doors.::

"Lenin said that Chloe is at the Cemetery...more specifically, the Fallen Angel Statue. You know where that is, right?"

::Vince stands in the doorway, hidden behind the grimy panes of glass, waiting for Luke and Andrea to take off::
