Powers: Hayley can summon elementals to do her bidding, each one appearing as a different creature who are their own entities. She cannot force them to do as she wishes, but the do often do as they are asked. They each can provide manipulation of their own element and also each provide an added ability each specific to their element.

She can also create gold, and has the potential to manipulate the fundamentals of life and death, though she has never explored these areas of her powers.

Involvements: Hayley has just enrolled in the Halliwell Academy of Magic, so she's new to the school. It's fun. She can't wait to see what she gets out of the place. There are plenty of people around there to keep her entertained for now.

Additional Information: Hayley is a New York girl, and she has the attitude to back it up. She loves a laugh, loves a joke, and doesn't really take anything too seriously. She was raised as an only child by her mother. She does have a brother, but he was given up for adoption before she was born. She has no idea of this fact.
