::Basil opens the apartment and turns to smile at Josie.::

"Here it is, Josie. West facing windows just like you asked."

::Josie enters the apartment and her eyes instantly gain that shine of a freshly open Christmas present.::

"OH MY! It's beautiful!!"

::She runs to the window and looks out.::

::Basil chuckles.::

"I'm glad you believe so!"

::He walks further into the room, leaving the main door open and swinging the keys around his finger as he enters.::

"But you've got the south side, too."

::He points at how he's given Josie a corner apartment, so she can see both the west and the south. So many windows, so little time!::

"I'm so excited I don't even know what to do with myself!"

::Josie tries not to pee herself.::

::Basil isn't aware of the last detail, so receives nothing but happiness at Josie's state.::

"Wonderful. Why don't you have a look around?"

::Josie takes a look around.::

"I think, Ms Berrymore, I'm going to leave you to it for a while. Come down and visit me once you've properly settled in."

::He holds up the keys, then places them in a dish on a side table with a smile before leaving.::

::Josie goes on to get acquainted with her new home. She loves it, she thinks it's beautiful and all it needs is some Josie touch, but for today she just works on putting away her belongings, then settles down in front of the tv in her footy pjs and a cup of cocoa.::
