"Hey, Raphael!"

::Erin smiles at the man who's just suddenly appeared in front of her.::

"You're special."

(Whoa!)

::Raphael stands unsteadily on his feet for a few seconds, then gives the girl/woman in front of him a confused smile.::

"I am? Well ... thanks ... I think."

(What is she talking about?)

"Yup. You're a witch."

::Raphael can't help but laugh.::

"A witch?!"

(Good one.)

"Okay, as far as I know, witches have powers. So, what power, pray tell, do I have?"

::He adds, a bit sarcastically.::

(I can't wait to hear this!)

"Ever seen read the X-Men comics? You're like Magneto, you have power over metal. Though at this stage it'll be nothing more than the ability to bend a spoon."

::And what do you know, Erin has a spoon for Raphael to try it out on.::

::Raphael stares at the spoon in the girl's hand, then quickly back up at her.::

(She's got to be kidding!)

"You're kidding, right?"

"No. Bend the spoon."

::Erin looks at him meaningfully, she's serious.::

::Raphael stares at her, gaging her demeanor. She looks serious::

(She's not kidding. Okay, fine.)

::He looks down at the spoon in her hand and wills the spoon to bend.::

(C'mon, bend, bend ... )

[And it does. The spoon bends to Raphael's will, it becoming U-shaped.]

::The smile on Erin's face widens.::

"See?"

::In that 'I told you so' way.::

::Raphael grins, but seconds later, the grin is replaced with a frown.::

"Now, what?"

::Questions are now starting to pop up inside Raphael's head. Lots of them.::

"You can either go to Black Point Apartments or the streets."

::Erin motions to each of the doors as they appear.::

(Great. Just what I needed. Something to figure out on my own.)

::Raphael shakes his head and walks through the door leading to Black Point Apartments.::
