::Basil enters, leaving the key in the lock and the lights off, and holds the door open for the vampire triplets.::

::Elle strides in, flanked by Angeline and Cadelle. She turns and looks expectantly at Basil. She wants the tour!::

"Now then."

::Basil's all business now.::

"This is a three bedroom apartment. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there is one other bathroom leading off from the living room. There's also a dining room conjoined with the kitchen."

"I think I'd take the en suite."

::Elle smiles.::

"You never know what you need to wash off sometimes."

::Cadelle moves in behind Basil, silently creeping up on him. She shows off to her sisters, leaning in at the nape of the man's neck and opening her mouth as if to bite him. She doesn't, though. It's just a game. So far.::

::Elle smiles in an airy manner and turns to the large window, walking to it and looking out.::

"Do you have many tenants, sir?"

::Basil doesn't notice Cadelle's actions, too focussed on providing the service he's there for.::

"A few. I like to think that we have a nice, friendly neighbourhood in the building."

"That's so sweet."

::Elle chuckles, turning and looking around a little more.::

"Gosh, isn't it nice here, girls?"

"Gorgeous."

::With a quiet hiss, Cadelle snaps her teeth at the back of Basil's neck, but is now walking over there halfways across the room.::

"It's wonderful."

::Angeline spins around slowly on one foot.::

"Beautiful."

::Cadelle steps into Basil's view suddenly, quite close. She smiles at him with an almost - almost - seductive quality to her expression.::

"Like us."

"Aww."

::Angeline coos, tilting her head and smiling.::

"How sweet."

::The vampire turns and nods at the sister who spoke.::

"Very."

::Angeline just smiles and walks over to the door, closing it.::

::Basil frowns deeply, feeling oddly threatened by the three women.::

"Right, well. You're welcome to move in right away. We can sort out the rent another time."

::He nods politely to them and starts to make his way to the door.::

"Oh. I don't think we'll take it."

::Angeline frowns, nodding in agreement.::

"Yeah. Too... too high up."

::She starts towards Basil, following him.::

"Oh."

::Basil stops short.::

"Then I can show you another apartment on the ground floor?"

"Hmmmmm."

::Cadelle turns and glances at Elle.::

"Mm, I think we've seen enough."

::Elle reaches the door and opens it. She smiles at Basil, looking satisfied.::

"But thank you."

::Basil looks less worried and more disappointed, now.::

"You're very welcome. Are you sure you wouldn't like to another apartment? I can find you something very different."

"I'm sure we'll be back."

::Elle's smile turns sickly and she shakes the door once, just a little, encouraging the leaving process.::

::Basil isn't keen on leaving anyone in his empty apartments. He takes hold of the door himself and pulls out his keys, smiling at the vampires with a generous gesture of his arm.::

"After you."

"Thank you."

::The three leave into the hallway.::

::Basil follows.::
