Title: The ins and outs of making potions[A]
Petunius - December 19, 2003 10:30 PM (GMT)
So, I was just looking through the library and I couldn't find anything on the specifics of potion brewing. Say for example those of us without an offensive power decided to make potions (sometime in the near future, when we've mastered the art) for small bottled explosions and other magical effects to use for fighting demons and whatnots. Would we just post the effects as though we were using an offensive power, i.e. "Petunius hurls the vial of explosive energy" and then go with the other person's reaction accordingly or does this whole category apply to the technicalities of spellcasting?

It follows much the guideline for spellcasting. Like in a spell, you would state the intention of your potion in a description of it, throw it, then wait to see if it works.

Can demons make potions to? Or is it a witch quality?

Okay... I guess this can be considered as spamming, but I was wondering about Link's question as well. Can demons make potion? And while we're at it... is there such thing as Power Stealing Potion?
[spam] I'm not holding a grudge, or anything...[/spam]

Ack, no there isn't. And I just made it up because Xander was getting on my nerves(No offence)...

None taken...
But is it actually possible for demons to make potions? For the love of hryak can someone answer me?

Demons and warlocks can indeed mix potions.
All magical creatures can.
Don't go overboard, or else.
