::Lenin clones in with a 'thwip' to find himself kneedeep in water. He looks at the above post and sighs.::

::He bends down and scoops some water into the plastic bag, unsure of what the hell he's doing.::

"Well. Okay. Um. Better turn the old italics on.

Spirits of land, air and sea,
return the bitchy mermaid to me.

[Ariel is dumped on top of Lenin, thrusting him underwater from her weight. Good work.]

::Lenin splutters and tries to get his head back above water. As Ariel's tail slaps him in the face, he decides just to get the hell out of there.::

::Grabbing on to Ariel's slippy body, he clones out, back to Luke's Penthouse.::

::Lirie splashes into the sea as her puddle-y self, drawing smooth circles on the surfice. She just lies there, drifting nowhere for a while, waiting for her lever to catch up::

(That was... something I will never do again... hopefully. Or at least not while being in the state where I can remember it afterwards...)

::After the shock waves a bit, Lirie skids over the water to the beach::

(Talking about 'the leap of faith'...)

::Patience breaks through to the surface in a stunning performance, hair flipping and all.::

(I don't need no stinking bathing suit!)

::Patience splashes around like regular water nymph as she constantly switches between a fully submerged and half submerged state. She soon becomes so enamored that she starts to sing to herself::

I'm feelin' sexy
I wanna hear you say my name boy
If you can reach me
You can feel my burning flame..."

::Patience lays herself down on the top of the water and starts to float as she contiunes to sing.::

(Oh that sun feels so good!)

::Patience starts to scan the beach until she spots Carys.::

(That there is someone here!!!)

::Patience stands up in the water so that only her head is visible.::

(Oh my God and Goddess!!! What do I do? What do I say to her?)

::Patience squints against the sun to get a better look at the woman on the beach.::

(Wait...I know her...)

::Patience slowly swims up to the beach as to not freak out Carys, who had her back turned.::

(No sense giving the girl a heart attack.)

::Finally flowing into the vast ocean, Lirie heads closer to the beach, but remains in her puddly self, knowing well enough Carys had no choice but to listen::

(Scream)

( What? What... did you do? What are we?)

(We are one with the ocean now...)

::Lirie proclaimed in her best Yoda-voice::

(Just relax... enjoy the view... befriend a random dolphin. I would recomment screaming your throat out, cause it always a good way to cleanse yourself, but I'm afraid you'll runaway. So just enjoy your - well, actually mine - puddliness...)

(This is weird... change me back. I won't run away. Or swim away. Or float away. Whatever. I don't like being a puddle.)

(Why? You can be so wiggly!)

::She proclaimed with delight, twirling around her... er... themselves::

(Oh, fine... but if you run away, I can assure you I will find you and next time won't let you off so easily...)

::The ocean's surface ripples at the puddle makes it way to the beach::

::Lee swims further and further out, swimming beneath the surface. Diving under, Lee heads down as far as he can. He holds onto some coral, or something, and watches as tropical fish and other sea creatures pass by him.::

(Amazing)

[The spell wears off. Have fun reaching the surface before you drown.]

::Lee feels his lungs sting as his spell wears off. He starts to choke as the water rushes through, collecting in his lungs. Panicking, he frantically kicks trying to reach the surface.::

(NO! NO! NO!)

::Reaching the surface, Lee lets out a loud gasp as he tries to take in air. Amplifying his voice, Lee let's out a gurgled 'help' before going under and rising again. Passing out, he barely floats at the surface, the waves bringing him a bit closer.::

::A silverish puddle slithers its way upon the surface, its front frantically swerving around in search of the body. Noticing a darkening smudge sinking deeper into the sea, the puddle emanates a puddlish whimper of acceptance and dives.

Lirie reaches Lee, circuling around him, and begin the transformation into her human self. She grabs onto Lee's arm, halting the tranfsormation midway and liquidifies them both into a bigger puddle, swimming back to the beach::

::Awena starts to swim in the water having fun. For the first time in a long time a smile covers her face.::

(This is fun,,,)

::She dives down in the water then pops back up at the surface.::

::Luke walks into the sea, the water covering his feet. He looks out into the horizon, seeing the moon reflecting its image on the sea surface. Luke puts out his cigarette with his fingers, wincing as he does up and rather than littering, he puts the unlit stub in his pocket. Luke takes a deep breath in order to help him calm down.

After several minutes, he feels better and sheds a slight grin to the ocean, before returning to the beach.::

(We'll meet again just so you can sock me in the jaw again. Until then...)

::Carys enters the water quickly and continues moving, attempting to stop herself shivering::

(Fuck, it's freezing!)

::Breathing slowly, she swims a while on the surface, focusing on the strokes she takes and breathing steadily. After maybe half an hour of swimming in no particular direction, Carys stops and lifts her head to look back at the shore::

(Oh... maybe I've come out too far.)

::Shivering again, Carys scans the beach for her pile of clothes and treads water. She looks down below herself, unable to see past a few feet in the darkness. Carys thinks about going back, but then decides to dive and takes some long breaths before a very deep one, and uses her arms and legs to kick herself a few metres under the surface, holding herself there and trying to see further down::

::Carys please don't pollute the ocean by crapping yourself in it as you spot the shark making its way in the most unmistakable beeline right towards you.::

"Nyang nyang nyang!"

::I love that sharky noise. Nyang!::

(Oh...fuck...shit...)

::Carys stares frozen at the shark again before suddenly coming to life and panicking. Panicking like hell. Pushing herself up to the surface of the water she starts to thrash her way back towards shore, making slow progress due to the way in which her arms aren't really moving properly::

(!)

::A look of utter terror on her face, Carys spots a conveniently moored boat and makes her way towards that, hoping she could hide behind it or it might put the shark off... She clings to the back of it, and looks toward the shore which is still quite a way away.::

::The shark swims quickly after Carys, opening its jaw wide in anticipation of the food. It reaches the boat around the same time she does and chomps its way right through the middle.::

"Nyang nyang!"

::Carys stares at the mess the shark made of the boat and and gets herself together, swimming as fast as she can back the the beach::

::Whee! Dragon takes a fly with Trix in tow. Flying is nice and steady now, so enjoy the ride, bebeh!::

::After a while, Trix stops screaming and concentrates on hanging on for dear life, eyes tightly closed.::

::Swooping around, the dragon changes directions and heads to the swamp.::

::Luke arrives at the edge of the sea, taking off his shoes and socks, he stares at the horizon and caught in his own thoughts.::

"Well, Ariel. You wouldn't believe it if I told you but I'm a whitelighter, now. Yeah, me of all people. In charge of some people. An innocent kid. The Elders must be playing some joke on him. They must haven't gotten the news of me losing you around this spot. Oh, boy this is going to be a long ride. I figured that I may as well talk here, figure that you are either still captured here by that Sea Hag or your soul is lingering onto this place if you are, in fact, dead. I'd say more but I have a good feeling that I'm talking to myself or to a shark capable of speaking human. This is so stupid. It sounds like I'm leaving a fucking message on an answering machine but I don't know what else to do so I turn to this place. Anyway, I'll visit again."

::Luke sighs, looking to the tiny waves pushing at his toes before returning to the beach.::

::Just as Luke is about to splash into the sea (not that far into the sea, however), he orbs out back to the beach unintentionally.::

:: Shinji stands there on the beach, having taken off his shoes and socks and letting the water wash at his feet, he looks out at the sea. ::

(Ugh, good one. How you going to find her swimming amongst the waves. Maybe she'll come ashore later.)

::A shark suddenly appears in the shallow waters.::

"Nyang nyang nyang!"

::It jumps out and bites Shinji's foot off.::

"Nyang!"

::Spits foot in his face. Swims away.::

:: ... ::

:: ... ::

:: ... ::

:: Ouch. ::

:: That hurts. ::

:: My foot. ::

(... ... ... Ouch. That hurts. my foot.)

:: Shinji thinks as he picks up his foot and hobbles back towards the beach, bleeding and losing alot of blood on the way. ::

:: The puddle swishes her way through the mellow waves, aimlessly drifting. Her mind races from Pazzie's newly-acquired evilness, to Luke's newly-acquired humanity, to Patience newly-acquired Julie, to her newly-acquired fear of one of her friends.

For some reason she begins to cry, though being in her watery self nothing's visible but the subtle quaking of the puddle. Turning around, she begins to plummet against the stream, wishing to run away, yet actually makes her way to the lake ::

:: Drifting on the surface, Lirie locks her mind away, trying to prevents the ongoing mental tyranny in her head. Spreading herself thin across the salty sea, she drift away aimlessly ::

::A little fish swims up to Lirie's spread out puddly self.::

"Hi!"

"Gah!"

:: The puddle jerks away, glaring at the fish ::

"Huh?"

"I'm a fish!"

::Jumps out of the water and morphs into a dolphin.::

"Kukukukukuk!"

:: Continues to stare with wide... err, watery eyes ::

"Okay."

(Wait, since when can I puddly-speak?)

:: The puddle circles around, watching the dolphin suspiciously ::

"Ever swam with a dolphin before?"

::The dolphin chuckles and bounces out of the water over and over again.::

"Wheeeeee!"

:: Still watching the dolphin, Lirie begins to laugh and after a few moments, leaps into the air with it. Keeping her puddly form, she bounces out of the water as well. Beware of the flying puddle! ::

::Squeaks and makes clicky dolphiny noises and continues to leap and bound through the water, meeting Lirie under the waves and sliding its body up against her puddly form.::
