Title: Classic Moments

kaytee83 - April 3, 2004 12:15 PM (GMT)
Just a little variation on the quotes thread, I thought I'd start one where we can mention events and the like that are just brilliant, whether they're exciting, amusing, scary or silly.

This thread was inspired by the genius of Kellan putting Lirie's liquidised self into a jar. It was so unexpected when I read that, it was absolutely hilarious! Well done on your initiative, Kellum!

Lirie - April 3, 2004 12:19 PM (GMT)
Can anyone tell me how, the hryak, could he put a puddle in a jar?

Kellan - April 3, 2004 12:23 PM (GMT)
Conversely, can you tell me how a puddle can move at will, have a brain or any other such functions? No, of course you can't.

kaytee83 - April 3, 2004 12:26 PM (GMT)
It's always been in my mind that your 'puddle' is a full entity, which can't divide itself. All water particles must remain together, thus, if part of you was trapped, it is possible that the rest may not follow. Don't worry Lirie, I'm sure you'll find a way out of it :)

Luke - April 3, 2004 12:52 PM (GMT)
Classic moments, eh? I loved it when Vince was thinking about sex and breasts, then Paige and Phoebe giving him "the look" and he stares at the ground.

Andrea - April 3, 2004 07:11 PM (GMT)
Yeah that was really funny. Both Petunius and Vince, when they were thinking about sex, and damn, when Pet did the unspeakable in the cave... it was hilarious.

Vince - April 3, 2004 08:37 PM (GMT)
Personally I don't see how he'd be able to scoop all of lirie up into a jar. Firstly there's only a small edge of the jar actually on the ground, so for the most part the liquid would just slop underneath the rim. Plus, did Lirie just happen to have a jar around that could hold a couple of gallons of water? Because otherwise I'm not sure how a normal sized jar could hold all of her watery body.

Secondly she's water. If she's water then she'd flow around his hands, or soak herself into the floor, or spread herself out. I call it posting another characters actions, if only for the fact he didn't give her a chance to respond to what he was trying to do.

Um... it's her power to do that? If she lost all faculties when turning into water then she'd use her power once and stay as a puddle till she evaporated.

Justin - April 3, 2004 11:56 PM (GMT)
Does the technical stuff really matter? I mean, he did it and she got out of it. It's over people. Move on already. Anyway, one of my favorite moments of all time had to have been the wiccan swallowing Paz in her feathery...ness. When did she become a horrible bird beast?

Paz - April 4, 2004 10:23 PM (GMT)
I happened to enjoy Chloe's torment, especially when she got pushed off the cliff randomly.

Am I sick in the head? Yes, I think I am.

Vince - April 5, 2004 10:38 PM (GMT)
Pfft, we all knew that. And ha, Chloe pain was funny. Poor bird.

Luke - May 3, 2004 01:23 PM (GMT)
Oh, another classic moment—the birth of Lorenzo and Lysander. It was so corny but great. Seemed like one of those Disney movies whereby a poor, little boy wishes upon a star for something and wakes up the next day to find it. Oh, that Lenin. I miss him.

The Powers That Be - May 14, 2004 03:25 PM (GMT)
I found the first fight in the ARENA went rather well... poor Justin got something of a thrashing, but then again, he was up against Hekate and that is no mean feat... hope Andrea's looking forward to her turn...

Lirie - May 16, 2004 07:17 PM (GMT)
Oh my god!!! I'm goosebumping like crazy!!!

It's like... Chloe and Andrea, they're so unbelievably, overpoweringly , uncomprehendibly CUTE!!! Aaaaawwwww... I'm crying my little twisted soul out, here...

Lovers reunited, ah such a classic. The necessity to stay calm and not inflict unspeakable pain on Cole, who dared to raise his hand on Andrea. The eagerness to be held by one you love. The trust, the hope, the tears, the dead end...

Oh, the soapiness... @_@

Andrea - May 16, 2004 10:11 PM (GMT)
^_^ hehe... we are kinda cute, huh? Glad she finally made it down, I was getting creeped out by that bitch Stefany glaring at me all the time...

Chloe - May 16, 2004 10:44 PM (GMT)
Did you think I'd just leave you hangin'? Seriously, man!

Paz - June 6, 2004 10:55 AM (GMT)
Ok, the shark at the beach when Luke loses Ariel the Mermaid to the Sea Hag.

Absolute classic, I laughed so much. Oh, the sheer joy!

Carys - June 6, 2004 08:02 PM (GMT)
Gotta say, that thing with Buffy cracked me up.

kaytee83 - June 6, 2004 08:34 PM (GMT)
:D

ACW; getting more random by the day.

Patience Brookhaven - June 6, 2004 08:38 PM (GMT)
speaking of the Bufster...is she permanant? and if so...is Angel gonna join her ;)?

Carys - June 6, 2004 08:41 PM (GMT)

No. No they are not.

Paz - August 24, 2004 01:49 AM (GMT)
It was classic when the idiot squad broke into the manor and just hung about there like it was their own place. Inviting strangers there too...while the owners were out and had no knowledge of the whole entire incident.

Mind you, they have a habit of doing that. Has anyone's appartment NOT been raped by random coming and goings of these uninvited 'witches'?

Theo - August 24, 2004 02:03 AM (GMT)
Dont blame Theo....he was dragged there. lol.

Justin - August 24, 2004 02:11 AM (GMT)
I honestly have no idea WHY we're in the manor, but, when in Rome... *shrugs* ^_^

Theo - August 24, 2004 02:21 AM (GMT)
It was all Patience!!! Blame her!! When Paige and Piper come to kick our asses we'll all point to Patience.

Karen - August 24, 2004 02:23 AM (GMT)
They're not the only ones who'll kick your asses...

Patience Brookhaven - August 24, 2004 03:25 AM (GMT)
Ok well I figured that the manor would be a safe place for us to wait out the Elixer squad and not get massacred by Karen. So sue me. I never planed on anyone making themselves at home, raping the place, or inviting any others...none of that is my fault at all. And Theo honey...just so you know...I hate pointing...you do it...I bite your "pointer" off. <_< *is obviously in a bad mood.*

Theo - August 24, 2004 04:48 AM (GMT)
Aw I'm sorry Patience. I should never have brought a stranger home lol....dunno what I was thinking....but then again do I ever?

Petunius - August 24, 2004 01:59 PM (GMT)
No you don't. Which is why kicking your ass is always so satisfying. And I don't know why you're pulling the little innocent act. If I remember correctly the spell you cast back there when you burst into tears was intended to take you back to the manor.

Theo - August 24, 2004 07:03 PM (GMT)
It was to take me back to where I came from, which was the manor. I would have left. Its different. We've left now so no worries.

Carys - February 13, 2005 07:11 PM (GMT)
I have to say I'm loving the scene in P3 with Moony and Cella. Really funny stuff.

Trix - February 13, 2005 07:12 PM (GMT)
I agree. It's great.

kaytee83 - February 13, 2005 07:26 PM (GMT)
It's rare for ACW to make me laugh aloud, but I did, so hard, when Moony tipped her drink down Cella's front, then Cella poured her's over Moony's head. Man

Cella and Moony: ACW's Best Comedy Duo.

I mean god, I AM Cella, and even I can't wait to see what happens next.

... maybe I like this too much.

Trix - February 13, 2005 08:24 PM (GMT)
I'm also loving Luke's struggles with his personal thunderstorm.

QUOTE
[Until you provide a good explanation for wanting to provide the city with bad weather, you can keep it to yourself. A personal thundercloud forms above Luke's head, and begins to rain. With the occasional static lightning shock, which messes up his hair.]

Luke - February 13, 2005 08:31 PM (GMT)
Luke's spells backfire 99 out of 100 times, so that's nothing new. :P

Trix - February 13, 2005 08:34 PM (GMT)
That's just tptb being contrary.

Andrea - March 24, 2005 12:51 AM (GMT)
Not that I'm not glad they left, but it's still pretty unbelievable what happened with the I-Squad at the log cabin. Shadow observed Carys shoving a knife at my pretty little back, and then fluttered outside to tell her friends they should go. Mandi then tried not to laugh.

Thanks a lot, I-Squad. You guys are my heroes ^_^

But really. Don't come back.

Petunius - March 24, 2005 09:47 AM (GMT)
Heh. Dammit. I was looking for a reason to come to the forest and conveniently spell them away as well.

*awards the cross of bravery to said three

Mandi - March 24, 2005 04:56 PM (GMT)
For the record, Mandi tried not to laugh at Shadow, who had not expected to see her there.

And thank you, Petunius. I will wear it with . . . Um . . . Honour? <_<

Trix - March 29, 2005 02:36 PM (GMT)
Loving Luke and Parker in Parker's lair.

Yes, I know nothing's actually happened yet.
