How do I put something in italics? Because you have to do that, don't you?

You put it between these shizneys: [i] blah blah blah [/i]

Hey Ben, welcome to the boards.

In the 'new reply' page, you'll see a good few buttons above the place where you write a post. The B is bold, the I is italics and the u is underlined. To make some of your text in italics, you click on the I, write the thought, then click on it again to turn italics off.

Alternatively, if you wish to use quick reply, you simply type

And that'll come out like this:

(Character thoughts, bla bla bla.)

Easy as pie.

I figured this would be a good place to put this. But I have a question about using my powers. I can change peoples emotions, and I was wondering how I would post that. If it would looks something like this.

Lilith sees <insert name here> is worried, and she concentrates on making his/her emotion. Making them paraniod.

::Lilith senses that Erin is worried and begins to concerntrate on increasing her nervousness into full-blown fear::

You only put the actual magical act in bold.
