[A fully furnised cave, you know the drill.]

:: The Landlord appears and waits for Sabriel to arrive. ::

::Sabriel blinks in, and raises an eyebrow at the place::

(Hmm)

::She turns her attention to the landlord::

(What a greaseball...)

"This here is a key of sorts. It'll glow red if there's an intruder, so keep it with you. No one can enter unless they teleport in, so that's something to think about."

::The Landlord rubs his crotch for a few seconds, so he keeps in character, and then belches as he shimmers out, the sound echoing around the new cave for some time after his departure::

::Sabriel winces at the disgusting sound echoing around her cave. She grabs the key and pockets it, then blinks out to the Forest, in search of something to do::

::Sabriel blinks into her cave and plops down on the leather couch, smiling. She pictures Lee's eyes, and his smile-::

(I can't...I'm a freaking warlock, for pete's sake... He was a good kisser though...)

::She goes into the bathroom and takes a shower, hesitantly. Lee's scent still lingers on her. She steps out after she's finished and sweeps her long black hair into a ponytail. Dressing in black suede pants, a black halter top, and a trenchcoat, she walks out into the living room and blinks out somewhere::

[Lee appears in a flash of light. He has no way of leaving]

::Lee pulls his arms away from his face and blinks a few times. He looks around uneasily and slowly walks through the Lair. He searches for the owner of the cave but finds no one. Looking for a door or a window, Lee finds nothing.::

"Alright. This doesn't make since. No windows...no doors...but someone obviously lives here."

(Could it be Sabriel?)

"My spell, it must of worked. But then..."

::Bored, he makes his way into the bedroom and runs his hands across the beautiful silk sheets.::

::Sabriel blinks into her Lair, the orb still glowing red in her hand. She puts it away, then forms an energy ball in her hand::

(Could it be Lee?)

::She looks into the kitchen, finding nothing, then goes into her bedroom and sees Lee molesting her silk sheets and frowns::

"What are you doing here?"

::Lee jumps backwards and trips over the bed, falling on his ass. His face turns red as he tries to regain his composure.::

"I- I cast a spell to find you and then FLASH! I was here. You left me intrigued, wanting more."

::Sabriel winces at his tripping and falling on his ass::

"Intrigued?"

::Her question hangs in the air, and she lowers her eyes to the floor, then looks back up at Lee::

"You're sort of mysterious if you didn't notice."

::He meets Sabriel's eyes and then slowly looks around the room.::

"Where exactly are we?"

::Sabriel smiles::

"The Labyrinth, in my Lair, underground."

"Wha...? Underground?"

::Lee walks past Sabriel and checks out some more of her Lair. He tries to push the thought of her being evil to the back of his mind.::

"It's nice."

"Um...thanks, I guess."

::She studies him closely as he walks around her place, his eyes darting around to look at everything::

"What's wrong?"

"It's not often I meet girls who live underground and have magical powers."

::He walks over to her and clears his throat.::

"What are you, exactly?"

::Sabriel sighs, then looks at him::

"A warlock, Lee."

(If she was going to kill me, she would have done it by now)

::He steps closer and grabs her hand gently. He stares into her smokey eyes and swallows nervously. Lee whispers close to her ear.::

"Are you going to kill me?"

::His voice is so soft, but yet she hears him perfectly. A single tear runs down her cheek, and she brushes it away with haste::

"I should. That's what I'm supposed to do- kill witches. But I don't want to kill you. Not you. And we can't do this, have a relationship, it's wrong! Good and evil, Lee, together?"

::She looks into his eyes, confused, her mouth set in a grim line::

::Lee pulls Sabriel closer and continues to speak softly.::

"It can work. Screw the rules. There are risks involved but I'm willing to take them..."

::She looks into his eyes, then smiles::

"Yes, screw the rules."

::Sabriel kisses him, tasting him, smelling his sweet scent. She pulls back from him, his hands still around her::

::Lee slowly pulls Sabriel back towards him. He sits on the bed and stares into her eyes.::

"You have the prettiest eyes I've ever seen."

::She bites her lip and smiles, and sits on the bed next to him::

"Merci beacoup, monsieur."

::She grins, then leans in closer to him, putting her hand on his leg::

::Lee looks down to her leg and the turns to face her. He leans in slowly and kisses her gently.::

::Sabriel enjoys the kiss, then strokes the slight stubble on his cheek::

"Do you really think this will work, Lee?"

::Lee pushes some hair out of Sabriel's face and nods.::

"I think so."

"Okay."

::She leans her head against his shoulder, then looks up at him::

"Want to go someplace else? I'm kind of hungry, myself."

"Sounds good to me. An apple doesn't go very far."

::Lee stands up and stretches.::

"But we can't go to my place...mourning spirits are infesting it."

::He looks to Sabriel and smiles.::

"Where to?"

"I don't know, somewhere...that's not here?"

::Sabriel looks uo to him and smiles::

"I remember hearing about a really nice restaraunt around town. Well, above ground. Quake I think it's called. How's that sound? Or we could always eat somewhere down here....I suppose."

"Um...Quake sounds great. I don't know of any place to eat down here anyway."

::She frowns, then looks at him::

"You're going to have to blink with me though, because, well, there's no way to get out of here, like through a door, since it is well...underground."

::Lee nods and takes a deep breath.::

"I think I'll be okay."

::Sabriel smiles, grabs his hand, and blinks them both to the alleyway by Quake::

::Blinkity blink.::

"Fuck!"

::Yet no sign of Andrea. Julie's getting upset, she's not losing hope though, she can't.::

(She's not dead!)

::She throws an energy ball pretty near and leaves the place to be burning a bit as she blinks to Paz's.::
