Ok, so I was able to find the area that said no signatures. I easily found the area that compliments different avatars..

However nowhere that I can see do I find avatar guidelines. Are there any?

Basic guidelines to avatars:

Size wise, they should be 100x100. They can have anything in them, and pretty much the only thing you're not allowed to have are pictures of Charmed characters, any of them, as it's easier to get confused between a user and an NPC character.

Also, if you need to ask a question about avatars, you can put it in the avatar thread, it may be loads of people saying 'OMG I luv ur av!!!1', but you can put any general avatar questions or things there.
