I just wanted to know, can demons and warlocks cast spells? I've seen them do it on Charmed and i was just wondering if they could do it here too.

Yep, they can. What our demons tend to to is more of a ritual than a spell. Whereas the witches can simply chant a few words and bam! Spell, it's not so easy for our evil. They need to perform some sort of ritual, nothing crazy like sacrificing virgins before the blood red moon (unless you really want to) but just with some candles, maybe a little potion, mixing together some ingredients and stuff, atmospheric junk that sounds cool :P Generally demons and warlocks aren't the spellcasting times, but if they're gonna, we like spellcrafting not just plain ol' spellcasting.

So kinda like real wiccan spells, with all of the candles and herbs and stuff

That's the general idea, yup! Maybe if some of the 'witches' around here tried that, their spells might actually work <_<
