::Barely twelve ACW hours in the World and you're already hospitalised! Who'd have thought? Veronica, having had her wounds properly dressed and bandaged, and, painfully, her foot reset, rests in the bed with a cast covering her foot and most of her calf. There's a couple of crutches leaning against the foot of the bed for you. You can wake up when you wish, but your foot will take one week to heal, so that's Friday next week, midnight GMT.::

::Swallowing, Veronica slowly opens her eyes after having slept for a while, and blinks against the light in the room, despite it having been darkened a little to let her sleep. Smacking her lips a little, she sleepily looks around the room and feels relaxed, checking out the bandages on her arms and feeling something uncomfortable on her leg. She looks under the covers and sees the thick plaster cast surrounding her ankle and up to her knee. She can see her toes sticking out, but can't move them.::

(Damn...)

::Swinging her legs - painfully - off the bed, she sits up, and ignores the dull throbbing of her arms in search of her clothes. She finds them conveniently washed and neatly folded on a chair beside her bed. It's easy until she gets to her black pants, knowing it'll be impossible to get them over the cast. With a resigned sigh, she locates a pair of scissors and snips them into shorts, edging them up her legs and pulling on the zip.::

(Okay. Now I can go.)

::Grabbing onto the crutches, she swings on them, testing them out, and slowly walks to the entrance.::
