I have spent my first day in the world. It was o.k., but I have no friends, and I think that landlord of mine wanted to cook and eat me. My apartments ok, I guess. The T.V. doesn't work, but that can be fixed. But it is the friends thing that worries me. This town is crazy, and I'm worried that my smart ass mouth will get me in trouble with someone that will be my end.

I am trying to get my Optic Beams toned and ready for battle. I sat near the lake and practiced for fifteen minutes, but I know that is just the beginning.

Oh voice, do you have any advice for my lack of friends? Or am i cursed to be a lone gypsy forever?

In a word... yes.

You can't expect to get friends instantly. People don't know you and you don't know them either. Don't act so needy or people will shun you like the leper you are.

Well, you were right, voice. I hung out at P3 and met Paige, one of the sisters who owns P3. She was nice enough, but I could swear that something was going on between her and that other girl. I asked her to dance, but I got a no. But hey, take them as they come, right? At least I am more known than I was earlier, right?

Oh, yeah, all the water in my shower is cold. Damn landlord!!!!
