History: Greek by origin, Xerxes is known as a violent and vicious man by anyone unlucky enough to come across him. Always involved in street gangs while young, he grew up hating society, and inflicting pain on it whenever possible. When old enough to finally be accepted, he became a member of a real gang, and had his hand at terrorising a larger area.

Now in San Francisco, he continues on this track, and revels in his powers and the freedom they bring him.
