Powers: Wesley has basic control over the wind, enabling him to bend air to perform feats such as summoning gusts of wind, creating tornadoes, manipulating currents to move objects and himself (the latter is usually accompanied with a demonic hang glider that he carries with him) and compress air molecules, directing them as concussive blasts.
Involvements: Wesley thinks of Dante and Veronica as friends, despite their open disliking of him in numerous situations, though they appear to stick up to him when people outside of the Odd Squad threaten or insult him. He likes Jasmine, despite her sibling relationship with one of the enemies listed below. He has also made an acquaintance out of Josie, who shares a similar hatred/annoyance towards some of the parties listed in the next section. Nowadays, however, he is mostly in contact with solely the Wiccan.
Enemies: Aidan, Julie, Azura, Sera and many other people not listed in the "Involvements" section (even if he's never met them, but give him time). Andrea is a sometimes-enemy, having at times convinced him that she's different than the people she associates herself with (See: Julie, Azura and Sera).
History: Wesley suffered from aphonia for most of his life, which was due to a nearly-fatal childhood injury and had prevented him from speaking. He has since recovered from said disorder from a simple healing.
Additional Information: He generally carries a notebook and a writing utensil (usually a fountain pen and/or a permanent marker) around with him to express his thoughts through either words, pictures, diagrams or any other sort of visual aid. Much like the element that he controls, Wesley can be incredibly violent and is prone to vandalism, marked by either his drawings or his powers. He "works" at Wiccan's World of Witchcraft (and we use the word "work" loosely because the Wiccan doesn't believe in payroll).
