Powers: The power to glamour as in change one's appearance. Since he's not very powerful yet, he can only change eye and hair color. Also basic witchcraft skills.

Involvements: Currently getting to know Lex after saving him from a Dragon Cultist. Tobey was also rescued by Aidan when he had to face the consequences of his love spell, and by Julie who blinked him away from a vampire in a dark alley.
Tobey had a crush on Wesley for a while until the guy told him to leave him alone. He still wonders where Aidan is, though.

Background: Up until the day he moved to San Francisco and found out he was a witch, Tobey was a typical teenager, living his life with no knowledge of magic and witchcraft. He had lived with his dad after his mom died then that's when the strange things began to happen.
It was only a few weeks after the funeral when his dad had mysteriously disappeared, only to come back the next night with a bite on his neck. Of course, the police never found out what really happened. Neither did Tobey.
He soon realized that he couldn't stand being in the small town he lived in. On his way to San Fancisco, he got knocked out and sucked into a portal, leading him to a higher realm.
His memories of the encounter with a woman telling him about his gift were vague. He had remembered her name just after he jumped out of the portal but somehow, as hours passed, everything began to fade away. Almost as if those few minutes of his life had been erased.

After spending some time in the city, Tobey managed to make use of his supernatural abilities. He kept casting spells and glamouring frequently since he didn't have anything better to do. Of course, a lot of them backfired due to personal gain. Will he ever learn?
While trying to get over Aidan, Tobey also found himself developing a crush on Wesley, the mute guy. Although he never got his name since the guy kept avoiding him.
Tobey got hit by a car outside the Magic Shop one day but then woke up in hospital a couple of hours later. Heading to the beach, he relaxed on top of a cliff while trying to glamour, finally getting it right.
As he went into a cave to get some sleep since his apartment was locked magically, Tobey got himself into bigger trouble. He got lost in the dark passages and ended up in a strange Ritual Room where a Dragon Cultist attacked him and Lex, someone he'd met at the Magic Shop before the accident. Again, he never got his name.
While trying to dodge endless fireballs, Tobey chanted the words to a teleportation spell, hoping it'd work. Luckily, it did, taking Tobey and Lex back to his apartment.

Tobey doesn't know what he's up against. But he's going to find out.
